gremlin d6965a95ec gremlin: fix homepage.skip regression, restore TPLink entry 
CI/CD's Parse Service File node never checked gremlin.homepage.skip, so
every Homelable-generated device file (gremlin/devices/generated/*.yaml)
got synced into services.yaml despite carrying the skip directive.
Removes the accumulated "Services" group (35 stale/duplicate device
entries with dead hrefs) and restores the pre-corruption TPLink entry
that a name collision caused an earlier sync to silently overwrite.
