Companion to the two safety fixes just merged (#51, DockerVol
conditional check + same-machine guard). Bus UI copy now reflects
what's actually been verified vs. what hasn't -- pipeline/safety
checks tested live, genuine cross-host relocate still unexercised
pending real pocket/grimoire hardware.
