gremlin 8089d04c3b Command Router: add gremlin.capacity.deep_audit domain 
Proxies to gremlin-execution's new /capacity/deep_audit endpoint (runs
capacity_deep_audit_thursday.py --manual synchronously). Script writes its
own GALDS entry + Reports row, so the router does not double-log -- galds
is always null for this dispatch, matching the health/green pattern.
